Under Construction
The photographs in this collection were donated by CSUN geography department alum Rocky Nungester. The collection was assembled as part of his capstone pro-seminar project completed in December 1975. It is an impressive testament to perseverance and resourcefulness.
The collection stands as a valuable snapshot of Los Angeles in the mid-1970s and a powerful bit of documentary evidence regarding how historic or museum landscapes were presented in that decade, as well as a bittersweet reminder of what has been lost in the intervening years.
